Communicate directly with your guests, and let them reply directly to the system.

All messages are connected to a specific Booking ID making it easy for the staff to read what have been agreed.

Start a Chat

Right click on a booking and click Start guest chat

To write a new message, choice weather you want to inform the guest by SMS or Email.

Then add your message to the message box and click Message to guest.

Chat Overview

Go to “Overview” -> “Guest Chat” to see an overview of your Chats

In the overview you can get see the status of the chat, bookings details and write to the guest

  1. The Date and Time of the Booking
  2. See if the guest wrote you, and you haven’t read the message yet. Unread messages are marked with a closed envelope
  3. Booking Details; Pax and Name
  4. A short preview of the last message
  5. You have an option to flag a message you should pay attention to – See if a chat thread have a flag set
  6. Last date a message was sent
  7. Who sent the last message
  8. Write a new message to the guest

Guest View

The guest will receive either an Email or SMS with a link asking them to read and reply the message.
These template can be edited in Email & SMS templates

When the guest click the link, they are directed to the chat.
From here they can read and reply.

Private Comment

Add an internal comment in the chat. Can be used to inform others in the team about actions being taken, or how to handle the guest message.

Open the chat window, add your comment, and click Privat Comment

For a quicker overview, you can copy the comment to the Restaurant Note.
Click on the three dots to copy and send the comment
