Merging Guests

Within the guest database window, you can refine your search by selecting options such as “Show only with duplicate email” to display users with identical email addresses, or search a phone number to find a specific guest.

To merge duplicate guests, click on one of the guests to highlight it with a light blue color. Then, while holding down the Ctrl (or Command ⌘) button, click on the other guest. Both guests should now be highlighted in light blue.

Below the list of guests, there is an icon depicting two individuals with arrows pointing down to a third person, resembling a two becoming one. Click on this icon to initiate the merging process.

A new window will appear, showing the initially selected guests on the left side.
Now only one of them is selected. That guests data will shown under Chosen guest detail.
On the right, you have Suggested result. This will be the data of the merged guest.

Use the blue “play buttons” to transfer the relevant information from the chosen guest to the result.

Click on another guest on the left menu, to select data from that guest.

Once the information transfer is complete, simply click the “Ok” button to finalize the merging process.

These steps should help you merge guests efficiently within the database.

Visits, Booking and Guest History are summed in the merged guest.
