Add/Edit orders for a booking
In the booking window, open the tab “Orders”
Either “View” the categories, to open the category, or click “Add as menu” to add all products under the category to the booking
Now add the product to the booking
Details of the product is added from the Internal Orders Setup, and the booking.
Keep these details or edit them
Order: Name of the product
Price: Price per product. Default is added from the Internal Orders Setup. Keep or edit this price
Quantity: The quantity is automatically set by the no. of pax of the booking. Keep or edit this.
Note: Add a note to the product.
E.g. 1x steak well done or an entire menu
Delete: Delete the product from the booking
Visible: Uncheck to hide the product from the print/pdf report
Save orders by clicking the “Booking” tab, and save booking as normally
