Change the message for guests trying to make a online booking for more guests than your limit per booking.
Go to Online Booking Templates -> Max Pax
The standard text asking the guest to contact you via phone or email. Change the text to match your normal communication.
If your normal tone is very formal, write it that way, if you are more casual, write it that way.
If you have the online booking in multiple languages, remember to edit them all.
