Due to an update to our payment system, a card verification may be triggered. Depending on your bank, this could appear as a 0 DKK transaction, an authorization, or a recurring payment. This only affects credit/debit cards previously registered for a restaurant booking through DinnerBooking.
Please note that all stored card details are securely tokenized and protected in compliance with PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2).
However, we have been informed that some foreign banks—particularly in Hungary—have mistakenly flagged this as suspicious activity. Rest assured, no charges are being made; we are simply transferring card registrations to a new system.
