Managing Tags in DinnerBooking

Tags help you categorize both guests and bookings, making it easier to organize data and quickly identify important information in your Booking List.

Accessing Tag Settings

To control which tags are available:
Go to Admin > Tags.
Here you will find both Guest Tags and Booking Tags.

Creating New Tags

To create a new tag:
Click the Action button.
Choose whether you want to create a Guest Tag or a Booking Tag.

Creating a Guest Tag

In the Name field, enter the title of the tag.

To set the name in other languages:
Click Copy to all empty to automatically fill all languages with the same title
or
Use the language selector at the top to manually set the translated name.

Choose a Color for the tag:
Click on the color selector and choose your prefered color.
Colors help you easily recognize different tags in the Booking List overview.

Creating a Booking Tag

In the Name field, enter the title of the tag.

Set language options using:
Click Copy to all empty to automatically fill all languages with the same title
or
Use the language selector at the top to manually set the translated name.

Decide whether the tag should be visible to guests:
Enable Available in online booking to let guests choose this tag during booking.
Disable it to keep the tag internal only.

Choose a Color for the tag for easier identification in the Booking List.
