Tags overview

The Tags Overview gives you a complete list of all bookings that contain one or more tags.
It’s designed to help you quickly find, filter, and manage bookings that require attention.

What you see in Tags Overview

In this view, you’ll find:

  • All bookings with Tags
  • Guest name
  • Date and time of the booking
  • The specific tags applied
  • Pax

This makes it easy to get a quick operational overview.

Filtering Bookings

You can filter bookings by:

  • Booking Tags (e.g. Birthday, Business, Allergy, Wedding, Pending)
  • Guest Tags (e.g. VIP, Friend of House, Travel Agency)
  • Date
  • Pax
  • Internal or Online created

This allows you to narrow down the list and focus only on what matters right now.

How to use it in Daily Operations

Tags Overview is especially useful for booking departments and managers.

Example: Managing Pending Bookings

Create a Booking Tag called “Pending”.
When a booking requires follow-up (e.g. waiting for deposit, menu confirmation, or callback), apply the Pending tag.
In Tags Overview, simply filter by Pending to instantly see all bookings that need action.
This creates a simple task list without needing external tools.
